A SHOE fetish killer should die in prison, says the daughter of the woman he murdered.

Christopher Farrow gagged Wendy Speakes with black stockings before stabbing her 11 times.

Then 39, Farrow had placed a pair of her black stilettos nearby to indulge his shoe obsession as he attacked Wendy in her home.

At a trial in 2000, Farrow was sentenced to a minimum term of 18 years for the 1994 murder, meaning the Parole Board now reviews his case regularly. He could be freed within months.

Tracey Millington-Jones, Wendy’s daughter, said: “My mum was 51 when he killed her. That’s no life and he took that all away from her.

“This guy is a danger and he’ll always be a danger.

“He’s a psychopath and he needs to stay in prison, locked up.”

Tracey is warning Farrow will strike again if he is ever released.

She said: “I don’t think for one minute he would have stopped been arrested.”

Tracey is campaigning for Farrow to stay behind bars but said it is taking its toll on her.

She said: “The next parole hearing will be in 2022, so I’ve only got a few more months to not worry, then I have to start preparing for the next one. “I don’t get closure. Every two years it’s like an open wound. It’s never going to heal because he’s always applying to come out.” Tracey, whose mum was killed in her house in Wakefield, West Yorks, added: “If we get some more forensic evidence or we get some more people coming forward, then he’ll get life without parole, no doubt. “He’ll never come out. Then I can live my life.”

The case features on true crime series Murdertown, which is back on Crime + Investigation on September 27 at 9pm. if he hadn’t
