Gemma ex to land on Love Island

GEMMA Owen is set for more Love Island drama as her ex is joining the show.

The daughter of footie legend Michael will be reunited with hunky Jacques O’Neill.

Months on from their breakup, he is now ready to settle down and start a family.

In his only interview, rugby ace Jacques, 23, told us: “I would have a baby in two or three years.

“I think I’d be good with babies too. They’d be good looking, wouldn’t they?”

Last week Gemma, 19, said she wants to get married and have four children.

Jacques, from Cumbria, is also promising to be the perfect gentleman on the show.

He added: “I’m loyal, I’m respectful and I’ve got good manners. I’ll look after someone.

“I’m not going to go out of my way to make someone like me. But when I’m with a girl, I like to make them feel special.”

Gemma has divided opinion since this year’s series launched.

After being paired with Liam Llewellyn, she was so tough with him that he quit the show.

Gemma also mocked fellow contestants including Luca Bish and Ikenna Ekwonna.

The behaviour has made her a target for social media criticism.

In another blow, her dad Michael has admitted he didn’t want her to do the show and will be devastated if she romps on TV.

The ex-footballer said: “A lot of dads would think it’s the most awful bit of news. My initial reaction was, ‘No! Don’t do it.’

“No father wants to see physical contact, do they? I certainly don’t. If there is physical contact, I think I’ll be throwing something at the screen. Do not make me see kissing!”

But he added: “She’d never do something if she thought we’d be ashamed or disappointed in her, or her grandparents would be disappointed.”
