THIS sick image shows a laughing Satoshi Uematsu after he was arrested for hacking 19 disabled people to death as they slept.

He was photographed in the back of a police car as officers rushed him off to prosecutors for the murders in Japan.

Uematsu said he wanted to “get rid of the disabled from this world” before arriving at a care home on Monday and knifing stricken patients to death in a horror bloodbath.

Photos also emerged of an eerie and devilish tattoo daubed across his back, which he posted himself on social media.

It depicts a Japanese mythology scene of a demonic face underneath a smiling mask. Uematsu, 26, captioned the photo with a nod to the care home – from which he was sacked in January.

Nine women and 10 men were knifed to death in the Tsukui Yamayuri En home in Sagamirhara, near Tokyo.

The twisted rampage also left 25 people injured.

Uematsu allegedly broke into the building and targeted the disabled people in their beds. Minutes later he sent a ® tweet showing him grinning alongside the message: “May there be peace in the world.”

He was arrested 30 minutes later after he walked into a police station and told startled officers: “I did it.”

Five months ago, Uematsu tried to hand a letter to Japanese parliament speaker Tadamori Oshima calling for the disabled to be euphanised for the “good” of the world.

He warned in the letter that he planned to carry out a murderous attack on the disabled “to boost the world economy and prevent World War Three”.

He added: “Now is the time to carry out a revolution and make a tough decision for the sake of all mankind.”
