BAD boy singer Chris Brown has been charged with assault using a deadly weapon after allegedly pulling a gun on a beauty queen.
Baylee Curran claims the star stuck a handgun in her face after she “admired” a diamond necklace at his mansion home. The 24-year-old says she was forced to flee his £3million pad barefoot, fearing for her life. Former Miss California Baylee last night said she wants a bodyguard and hopes Brown “gets whatever he deserves”. She said: “If someone put a gun to your head what would you do? Call the police. I’m scared for my life, I’m terrified. I hope they can provide protection.”
The singer is said to have thrown a duffle bag full of firearms and drugs out of a window at his LA home after an 11-hour stand-off with police.
Brown last night insisted he was “innocent” in an expletive-laden web rant.
He said he was only worried about the safety of two-year-old daughter Royalty, who was allegedly at home at the time of the altercation.
He said: “I stay out of the way look after my daughter. I’m innocent. When I call the police for stalker people that are endangering my life they don’t come till the next day, let somebody make a f***ed-up allegation about me and you get a whole f***ing Swat team.
“I’m innocent, f*** everybody in this s***.”
Brown had a volatile relationship with pop babe Rihanna and was convicted of assaulting her.
He was yesterday released on £191,000 bail with his lawyer branding the latest claims “demonstrably false”.
