Knoxy tells of ordeal

AMANDA Knox insists she is not a “terrible monster” in a new documentary on the killing of British student Meredith Kercher.

Knox, now 29, was cleared by Italy’s top judges last year after being convicted and imprisoned with her ex-boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito for the 2007 murder in Perugia.

But in the Netflix documentary, she claims she was “caught up in a nightmare”.

The American added: “I’m trying to explain what it feels like to be wrongfully convicted – to either be this terrible monster or to be this regular person who is vulnerable.”
