Sam in hurry to avoid crowds

MONEYBAGS former England manager Sam Allardyce has hired a chauffeur to ferry him round after flying to Spain on holiday following his downfall.

The shamed ex-Three Lions boss has a burly driver at his beck and call after dipping into his £1million FA pay-off to get VIP treatment.

The chauffeur picked up Big Sam, who was forced to quit his £3m-a-year job, at Alicante Airport late on Tuesday in a high-powered 4x4 and drove him to his Costa Blanca villa.

He returned to the luxury bolthole near Moraira later to take Allardyce and his wife Lynne out for lunch.

One witness said: “Big Sam looked like a man in a hurry with zero appetite for any company apart from his wife.”
