Van raid ‘cop-out’

AN electrician who had £8,000 of gear stolen from his van has put a 19-minute CCTV film of the theft online after police said they are “too busy” to help.

Fran Tole, 47, of Clifton, Notts, has also offered a £500 reward to anyone who can track down the thief.

He said: “If I had no evidence, then fair enough.

“But when you have clear-cut evidence on camera and they refuse to do anything, it leaves you pulling your hair out.”
