Over limit 2 hours after ban

A BOOZY motorist was caught more than four times over the limit just two hours after being banned for drink-driving.

William McKenna, 45, nearly drove his Jaguar X-type into the back of a car driven by a police community support officer in Ipswich.

Earlier, McKenna, of Sudbury, had been banned for 12 months after he was found asleep in his car.

Ipswich magistrates gave him an 18-week suspended jail sentence and banned him for five years after he admitted drink-driving and driving while disqualified.
