SNEEZY DOES IT

- By SIMON BANKS

SNEEZYS HERO won four opens on the bounce before getting injured in July.

He showed he is back to his best in a slick solo trial last week. He should have too much early pace for tonight’s rivals at Romford (9.17).

WILLIEJUMP (9.30) is an open grade hurdler running in a graded race ‘on the flat’.

His trainer Bernie Doyle has switched from Wimbledon to the London Road circuit and Williejump can make his Romford debut a winning one if showing the same speed as in recent trials.

MALLOGS LEGEND (6.44) can get promoted to the top grade if he wins his second A2 ® at Nottingham tonight. Phil Wilson’s charge has taken a while to settle in at Colwick Park, winning four times in 17 starts, but three of those wins have come in the last six weeks. A decent break can send him on his way to victory number five.

Lynn Cook has the best strike of the Nottingham trainers and her ROSCOES MEADOW (8.04) can defy an upgrade after a convincing win last week.

Tomorrow night Nottingham hosts the final of the British Breeders Stakes, live on Sky Sports.

Liz McNair will be hoping QUEEN ASIA (9.08) lands the trophy for her for the second year running.

Her Eden The Kid won this last year but crashed out in the semis last week.

Queen Asia is in cracking form, having won four of her last five races, and can use her devastating early pace to get to the bend ahead of Droopys Acrobat, then lead all the way to the line.

Seamus Cahill’s STARRING STORM (7.26) was only denied by a short head in the Romford Champion Stakes final.

He can gain compensation in an easier race, with none of the opposition looking in his class. 2.08 2.27 2.47 3.07 3.28 (A3) (A4) (A6) (A5) (A4) 480m 480m 480m 480m 480m 4.27 4.47 5.07 5.22 5.38 (S3) (A4) (A4) (S3) (A3) 630m 480m 480m 630m 480m 2.18 2.37 2.57 3.17 3.38 (A4) (D4) (A2) (A4) (A5) 500m 280m 500m 500m 500m 4.37 4.57 5.17 5.33 5.47 (A7) (A5) (D3) (A5) (A2) 500m 500m 280m 500m 500m
