THE teenager suspected of being behind the Tube bomb plot was filmed firing a gun this month.
Damon Smith has been quizzed by cops investigating the improvised device found on an Underground train.
Now a video has emerged which appears to show the 19-year-old shooting a pistol.
In the YouTube clip, highpitched Smith turns to the camera while holding the weapon.
He says: “Hello everyone. I’m going to shoot my gun. So let’s shoot it. We’ll shoot it one at a time.”
Smith fires into a pile of boxes and shouts: “Oh s***.”
He adds: “And I don’t know where the cartridge went.
“It went somewhere. ® And yeah, thanks for watching.” The video was filmed just two weeks ago. A suspicious package was found on a Jubilee line train on Thursday, sparking fears of a fresh 7/7 terrorist attack on London’s transport system. The following day anti-terror police Tasered and arrested a 19-year-old man. Officers found a second device at Smith’s old home in Newton Abbot, Devon. It was later deemed to be “not viable”. The teenager moved from Devon to London with his mum Antonitza, 47, in August. He enrolled at London Metropolitan University. He is thought to be a poker player and was described as a “mummy’s boy” and a “loner”.
