YANWORTH puts his Stan James Champion Hurdle credentials on the line in today’s Kingwell Hurdle at Wincanton (2.45).

It must be significant that The Worlds End takes his chance in the Grade Two Albert Bartlett Novices’ Hurdle at 3.50 rather than the Rendlesham and there have been positive vibes from Tom George’s stable.

Cue Card is a warm order at 4-11 to regain the winning thread in the Ascot Chase (3.35) and it will be a major surprise is he is not up to beating his five rivals.

Arpege D’alene gets on well with Sean Bowen and they team up again in the Reynoldstown Novices’ Chase (1.50), a race where Fletchers Flyer looks the biggest threat.
