NEW TERROR THREAT FROM JIHADI BRIDES
Brit mums ‘will kill after return’
SCORES of British jihadi women and children are set to launch terror attacks when they return to the UK.
An atrocity linked to so-called “mum-and-son” terrorists is all but inevitable as Islamic State crumbles, according to a classified security report.
Adult male jihadis returning from Iraq and Syria face arrest and prosecution.
But women and children will dodge the courts if they can convince police they were coerced into travelling to the battle zones by husbands or parents.
The report, prepared for Prime Minister Theresa May, says: “The threat women pose is likely to be greater than the available intelligence allows us to assess.’’
It claims Brit women have undergone military training under Isis, including Aqsa Mahmood, 22, from Glasgow, and Sally-Anne Jones, 46, from Gillingham, Kent, who took her son with her to Syria.
