Indecent horseplay

A MAN who grabbed a horse’s penis and swung it round in a circle in front of children has been spared a jail term.

Steven Cuff, 54, performed the sexual act in an area described as “packed” with groups of young people and families.

He said he had noticed “his horse’s penis was in need of a clean and had put baby oil on it and rubbed it to get the dirt off ”.

But he was charged with outraging public decency following the incident in Cambridge last May.

Cuff, of Swavesey, Cambs, admitted one count of outraging public decency.

He was handed a four-month jail term, suspended for 18 months.
