Swansea firepower to swing it

-

SWANSEA should beat a faltering Middlesbrough at the Liberty Stadium tomorrow. Boro have averaged just 2.4 shots on target per game and lack the creativity to be a Premier League force.

The Swans have won their last three at home, against Burnley, Leicester and Southampton – all better sides than tomorrow’s opponents. As importantly, Swansea’s Fernando Llorente and Gylfi Sigurdsson are the only match-winners on the park.

Sky Bet’s offer of 9-2 for both to score is sure to appeal, but the home banker at a tempting 19-20 is the bet.

Double Swansea up by going under 2.5 goals in the Chelsea v Crystal Palace match this afternoon.

The title favourites are never in a rush to impose themselves and in-form Palace could prove a tough nut to crack. Eagles boss Sam Allardyce has got the defence working again as three clean sheets in the last three games testify.

The Blues may edge it, but under three goals at 10-11 is the place to be.

The opening game of the day at Anfield looks sure to see plenty of bookings and it may prove too much for Merseyside derby debutant Tom Davies (below).

The Everton man is 7-1 to get the first caution. Punters can expect to see plenty of referee action in Leicester v Stoke, too. There is history here, so go over 40pts on our cards index at 10-11.

Twelve of West Brom’s goals this term have been scored by defenders, so there could be value away from the obvious in the first scorer market at Old Trafford.

Watford rate the bet at 17-20 to beat a doomed-looking Sunderland and despite the loss of Manolo Gabbiadini, 8-13 Southampton should have too much at St Mary’s against Bournemouth.

Spurs have won just four games away this season, so the draw at 11-4 appeals for their visit to Burnley.

A draw between Hull and West Ham also rates at 12-5, and Arsenal v Man City tomorrow at the Emirates may end allsquare at 5-2.
