Pirates star ‘drunk and fighting ex’

ACTOR Johnny Depp was regularly drunk and sparked fights on the set of the latest Pirates Of The Caribbean movie, it is claimed.
A shock report into his allegedly out-of-control behaviour reveals the chaos he inflicted on filming schedules in Australia.
Sources claim Depp also brawled with his ex, Amber Heard, as their relationship blew up in spectacular fashion.
Insiders have described how his “excessive drinking” and “constant lateness on set” cost filmmakers Disney a fortune.
One source said things got so bad a member of the Dead Men Tell No Tales production team was stationed in an unmarked car near Johnny’s rented mansion to spy on his movements. He added: “When he got up, they’d call the line producer, who would then call the directors.
“‘He’s up! He’s getting ready!’ They even had a special code term, like ‘The eagle has landed.’ Johnny had no idea this was going on.
“Everyone was an innocent bystander watching this train wreck. But when Johnny came on set, he was charming, nice. He’s yin and yang.”
Depp’s marriage to Amber ended in messy circumstances last year with the model claiming he had beaten her.
At one point, filming stopped because Johnny cut his finger open – thought to have been during a boozed-fuelled fallout with Amber.
Producer Jerry Bruckheimer said: “That was pretty serious. He got it caught in a car door, or a sliding door. I’ve heard a couple of versions.”
Depp’s people declined to comment.
Meanwhile, the actor and co-star Orlando Bloom met fans at the Chinese premiere of the movie in Shanghai yesterday.
