LEGAL ACTION ON THE MENU

SECRETIVE Pippa and James Matthews have called in lawyers to try to keep their wedding details under wraps.

They took action after menus from their big day appeared on auction website eBay.

Guests and workers at the bash were made to sign gagging orders and banned from having mobile phones to take photos.

Now anyone suspected of breaking the rules is being chased up.

The menus, used by Pippa, James ® and Prince Harry – complete with his pencil scribbles – were pulled from eBay where they were listed for £499.

More than 2,000 people viewed the hand-written items before the seller removed them.

Even renowned high society wedding planners have had to withdraw photos of the marquee flowers from social media.

Pippa, the younger sister of the Duchess of Cambridge, and hubby James are warning anyone who took items without permission to return them or face legal action.

But guests were allowed one memento – a gift of marshmallows personalised with the couple’s initials.

Last night a young female eastern European worker at the event told how James, 40, lifted Pippa, 33, in the air during the first dance.

She said he was copying the scene from the movie Dirty Dancing where actor Patrick Swayze sweeps up Jennifer Grey to the strains of (I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life.

The girl also paid tribute to Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle, who she said was “absolutely lovely and a pleasure to serve”.
