DON’T GIVE HIM LIPA
POP heavyweight Dua Lipa is ready to rumble with Anthony Joshua.
The rising popstar is a keen boxer and wants the world champ to become her sparring partner.
After Joshua gave her the Glamour Breakthrough award, Dua told me: “He is so cool.
“I’ve been to two of his fights as a fan and it was so great to meet him. Hopefully he can give me some boxing tips now, I do a bit of boxing myself and really enjoy it.
“Obviously I wouldn’t dream of taking him on! But he would be the perfect coach.”
You never know, after all Joshua has begun managing other boxers.
I caught up with the man mountain himself who is already eyeing up future opponents after beating Wladimir Klitschko in April.
The champ told me: “I’m weighing up my options, there’s a few things on the table I can’t talk too much, but there’s a few options... holiday first.”
Dua Lipa could be an option but I wouldn’t want her getting a thick lipa! In reality the London fighter is obliged for a Klitschko rematch before December 2.
The beautiful singer’s self-titled debut album is also a knockout and saw four stars thanks to my review last week.
It’s climbing the Top 10 and she said: “The most important thing is to put out songs that you feel inspired by and you feel proud of and that are really close and personal. It’s selftitled so it’s a really big part of me, I really wanted people to get to know me and not to hold back.
“I’m excited about going on tour, I’m not thinking about the charts, just getting out there.”

She gushed: “It’s really important as I love my fans and they are so loyal.”
