The Team GB sprinter left viewers shocked when he climbed on top of the babe in just his tight pants and gyrated his privates in her face.
She screamed in fright as his “lethal weapon” appeared to whack her in the head.
Now, in an exclusive chat with the Daily Star following his dumping from the Villa last night, Theo revealed: “I could see Camilla was a little bit wary before I climbed on her for that strip show.
“But I just went for it. However, afterwards I was worried I had bruised her. I saw her lying down in bed after the stripping was over.”
Asked if he was the proud owner of the biggest willy on the ITV2 show, he boasted: “I heard that Chris had the biggest but to be fair I always back myself. Mine was the biggest.
“I didn’t see Chris’s in functioning mode thankfully – but I’d still back mine as the winner.” Hunky Theo, who turned 26 yesterday and towered over everyone in the Villa at 6ft 5in tall, was drafted into the ITV2 show just over a week ago.

He ruffled feathers straight away by coupling up with Tyla Carr and upsetting her fella Jonny Mitchell who branded him “a b***e*d”. The pair almost came to blows.
The athlete said: “I know it seems I mixed things up but I just felt some of the couples in there needed to be tested.
“Everyone was playing it too safe. I put Jonny and Tyla to the test and obviously broke them up.
“I don’t regret anything. I didn’t actually look for trouble.”
Asked if he had expected sexy Tyla to pick him in last night’s re-coupling, he said: “Not really. I’d offended her too often. We were not friends. We didn’t connect sexually.
“But she is a smart girl. She is playing a game. She’s fake really. Look how quickly she forgot Jonny after he left. Now she’s with Mike. She knows what she is doing.”
Theo did admit it was frustrating for him having to share a bedroom with randy couples Montana Brown and Alex Beattie and also Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies.
He said: “Montana and Alex are at it every day. And Kem and Amber too. They even did it in the daytime in front of me while I was in the bedroom. You can’t avoid it.”
Although Marcel Somerville and Gabby Allen have been the bookies’ favourites to win, Theo says the heart monitor striptease test on Thursday caused an upset for them.
The results showed that Gabby appeared more turned on by Theo’s strip than her fella’s. He admitted: “I found it funny. But Marcel didn’t. They are a lovely couple but they are another pair who have not been tested.”
The show’s other most talked-about couple, Olivia Attwood and Chris Hughes, also came under attack.
Theo said: “Olivia just likes drama. She has been playing with poor Chris and loves to get the airtime. But having said that I do love them.”
Asked who will survive when Love Island ends on Monday, July 24, he added: “I can see the likes of Marcel and Gabby, Camilla and Jamie, Kem and Amber, Alex and Montana staying together.
“But Mike and Tyla and also Sam and Georgia won’t last.” And Theo says he is not convinced “Muggy Mike” is telling the truth when he claims he never slept with Jess Shears after they were evicted.
He said: “He denied it to everyone but I’m suspicious.”
When he entered the show, it was claimed Theo had harmed his sporting future by not telling athletics bosses he was going on a reality TV show.
But he said: “My career is fine. I was having a holiday. I will be carrying on as normal. I didn’t need to tell everyone about Love Island.”
And he added cheekily: “If anyone out there still likes me after Love Island, get in touch.”
