HUNK Jamie Jewitt is hiding a sexy past from his TV lover Camilla Thurlow – his last girlfriend was a Victoria’s Secret babe.
And gorgeous Sarah Stephens could make or break their love.
Last night viewers saw unlucky-in-love Camilla break down in tears claiming she did not think she was good enough for the male model.
In the TV lie detector test, she admitted she did not think they were “compatible”. Afterwards she confessed that because of her low self-confidence and self-esteem, she did not think she could ever measure up as a girlfriend to a handsome Calvin Klein model.
She sobbed: “The truth is I don’t think I’m good enough.”
Camilla is even said to have had a secret boob job to boost her looks.
Mike Thalassitis made the claim yesterday, saying he was convinced the self-conscious babe had gone under the knife to look bigger.

However, even though “Gentleman Jamie” last night reassured Camilla she was perfect, more heartache could be heading her way when the pair exit the villa.
Camilla has no idea Jamie’s last love was a model and actress.
Sarah Stephens, 27, from Lancashire, has graced the covers of magazines including Vogue, been a catwalk star in Manhattan, featured in global ad campaigns for Lacoste, Diesel and Agent Provocateur and appeared in movies The Witch and Solitary Man.
The pair met in New York where they were both modelling and dated for 18 months.
Jamie has also dated Towie’s Jessica Wright and former Big Brother star Georgina Leigh Cantwell.
She issued a warning about the hunk to Camilla, claiming: “Girls throw themselves at him. But he cheats on his girlfriends.”
A source said: “The poor girl won’t know about any of this. This could drive them apart.”
Meanwhile, Camilla has sparked a national debate over her breasts.
Dumped islander Mike reckons she has had a boob job and said: “She had fake t*ts.”
However, the country appears divided over whether this is true.
Some viewers have speculated over whether the prim and proper islander has been under the knife.
Comments include “Camilla’s got fake boobs” and “The only fake thing about her is her boobs”.
However, others disagree and say “I could watch Camilla’s amazing perfect boobs for an hour”.
Last night ITV declined to comment on the matter.
