Usher sued in sex bug claims
A WOMAN is suing singer Usher for allegedly exposing her to the herpes virus, days after it was revealed he reached a settlement with another woman.
According to TMZ, the woman says in her suit she had sex with the OMG singer, 38, at her home in Atlanta.
She said there was kissing and heavy petting, then she performed a sex act on him, and they had intercourse with him wearing a condom.
Twelve days later they had sex again, in a New Orleans hotel room, this time unprotected.
She filed her suit, for negligence, battery and emotional distress, seeking at least £7.7million after reading reports that Usher previously paid a £850,000 settlement with an unnamed woman who claimed he infected her with herpes.
The new suit does not say if the woman is infected, but that she was “exposed”, and that she would not have had sex with Usher if she had known he had the virus.
