FANS SICK OF SARAH

Fury over ‘Harding Show’

- By PETER DYKE peter.dyke@dailystar.co.uk

ANGRY viewers have blasted Celebrity Big Brother bosses for turning the series into “The Sarah Harding Show”.

They claim producers are giving far too much airtime to the Girls Aloud babe and her boozy outbursts.

They say her sobbing fits, meltdowns and “showmance” with Chad Johnson are broadcast at the expense of others.

Her housemates are fed-up with her as well with Made In Chelsea hunk Sam Thompson even admitting: “I’d kill her.”

For the past week, former chart topper Sarah has taken centre stage in the nightly hour-long TV highlights shows.

All the action has been centred around her bust-ups with Jemma Lucy, Paul Danan, Sam Thompson and Jordan Davies. Meanwhile her romantic antics with US reality star Chad have been a major talking point – as she has a boyfriend on the outside.

As a result, many of the other celebrities in the house – such as Ab Fab’s Helen Lederer, former Most Haunted star Derek Acorah and ex-EastEnder Shaun Williamson – are not getting much of a look-in.

Show fans flooded social media with criticisms such as: “Really bored. It’s called Celebrity Big Brother, not The Sarah Harding Show.”

One posted: “This may as well be called The Sarah Harding Show – bore off !”

And another moaned: ® “Why The Sarah Show? There are other housemates in there.” Last night the blonde star – who has battled booze and depression and claims she signed up for CBB to “show the real Sarah” – featured in a large chunk of the action yet again. She was chosen to be a secret killer in the latest task. She and Sam have to bump off some of their fellow housemates without “detectives” Paul and Brandi Glanville finding out they are the murderers. Whoever they pick as victims could end up facing eviction tonight. However fed-up Sam confided in BB: “I was paired up with a girl that I would have voted for. I would have killed her off !” Viewers also saw her kissing Bachelor hunk Chad again, despite the pair cooling things on Wednesday. They snogged in the store room and Sarah said: “You know there is still a camera here?” TV watchdogs Ofcom have received 73 complaints in the last three days from viewers complaining that Sarah is being bullied by the likes of tattooed Jemma Lucy after watching scenes of the pair exchanging insults. The singer cried in the Diary Room, claiming she felt “isolated”, but Big Brother did not step in. A show spokeswoman said last night: “Big Brother constantly monitors housemates and their behaviour.” She declined to comment on viewer criticism that CBB was now “The Sarah Show”.
