Axe man jail let-off
A RESIDENT who made 1,500 noise complaints about his neighbour finally snapped and took an axe to cars outside the man’s house, a court heard.
William Rossiter, 36, was spared jail after a judge heard his smashing spree was the “culmination of eight years of extreme anti-social behaviour” on the part of neighbour Przemyslaw Gornowicz.
Rossiter, who admitted criminal damage, got a community order and was told to pay compensation at Southampton Crown Court.
