A SUPERMARKET curry made with one of the world’s hottest chillies is so spicy it comes with an age warning.

It is recommended that the “Volcanic Vindaloo” is only tackled by people 16 and over.

The mouth burner is packed with Naga chillies which are 200 times hotter than Tabasco sauce ® or jalapeños. And it has an extra helping of green chillies on top.

It costs £1.50 and packs a punch with a five-chilli rating – the first time the warning has been used on a Morrisons product.

The store also claims to be the first to create a meal boasting the burn of a restaurant-bought chicken vindaloo.

It released the dish to celebrate National Curry Week and its ready meals expert Sean Gill said: “Curry fans have been telling us they just don’t get the fiery heat they want.

“So we decided to take up their challenge and create the hottest ready meal in the country.

“We are looking forward to hearing what they think.”

Brits spend more than £250million a year on curry. But our favourite dish is no longer tikka masala. The milder chicken korma has taken the top spot, a study by Kingfisher beer found.

Boss John Price said: “Our research shows many Brits order their curry in a hurry, with nearly a third picking the same dishes time and time again. Many are missing out.”
