Women at back of cue...
SANDI Toksvig claims sexist TV bosses would never hire women to host quiz shows in the past as they thought they were stupid and too weak to hold cue cards.
She fronts two shows, Bake Off and QI but she claims this would be unheard of just a few years ago.
Sandi said: “Being in charge on panel shows does seem to have been a boys’ domain but here’s the secret: Don’t tell anybody, when you’re the host they tell you the questions beforehand and also give you the answers.
“And the cards you have to hold are not that heavy.”
