Medics assault

A COACH driver has been arrested after two paramedics were attacked while treating a seriously ill patient.

The ambulance staff were reportedly pushed and threatened in a row over parking.

Police said they were shaken but not seriously injured in Camberwell, south London, yesterday morning. The coach driver was arrested in a nearby road.

Witness Gavin Higgins later tweeted: “Pretty revolting behaviour towards anyone, let alone the emergency services.”
