MICHAEL VAN GERWEN produced a stunning average of 108.29 as he beat Joe Murnan 5-2 at the Grand Slam of Darts in Wolverhampton last night.

Van Gerwen, after a hat-trick of titles at the event, made it three wins out of three in his group, securing victory with a double seven.
