DO you have an emotional or sexual problem? Our friendly team of professional counsellors and therapists are waiting to listen and offer support in total confidence every day between 10am and 8pm.

I NEVER really know where I am with my roving partner.

For ages he’ll be attentive, loving and loyal. But then he becomes moody and argumentative and disappears.

He doesn’t text, return calls or come home. When this first happened I was beside myself with worry.

I rang his family and his mates in hysterics. I was close to contacting the police, but each of them urged me to calm down and give him time. Eventually he strolled back as if nothing had happened, but he refused to answer my questions.

He’s pulled this disappearing act a dozen times over the years and I’m furious.

I suspect he goes off with other women for sex. I’ve dug around and think there’s one woman in particular who is a fixture, PRESS 1 for GENERAL COUNSELLING for all personal and relationship difficulties PRESS 2 for SEXUAL GUIDANCE for all men’s and women’s intimate problems but about three others who also entertain him. I fear he’s due for another disappearing trick – possibly at Christmas. What can I do when he’s a law unto himself ?

JANE SAYS: We’re all different and some people do need to clear their heads once in a while. But your partner has to tell you where he’s going and with whom. If he really is having sex with a number of other women, then he’s putting your sexual health at risk.

Tell him you feel angry and frustrated. Doesn’t he realise what this is doing to your mental health and your reputation?

Doesn’t he care that you worry and lose sleep? Or is he simply too selfish to consider you? Visit your GP and ask for a sexual check-up. I suggest 2018 is the year you start putting yourself first.
