Lingard’s a fighter
JESSE LINGARD insists Manchester United have no intention of throwing in the towel.
United had to come from two goals down to salvage a draw with Burnley on Boxing Day,
Lingard, who struck both goals, said: “We always have that fighting spirit, that never-giveup attitude and we’ll see where it gets us.”
Team-mate Nemanja Matic won the title twice with Chelsea and believes it is still too early to call the title race.
