BLACK cab rape monster John Worboys is to be freed after just nine years behind bars, it emerged last night.
He is believed to have spiked the drinks of at least 100 women before attacking them.

The predator is believed to have carried out rapes and sex assaults on more than 100 victims in his taxi.
The former porn actor and stripper offered women a cheap ride home after telling them that he had won a fortune on the lottery or at casinos.
He would then pounce on his victims after plying them with “celebration” drinks laced with sedatives.
A “rape kit” including wine, sleeping tablets, gloves and condoms was found in his vehicle. And he even had a bag of cash which he claimed was his prize money.
One assault victim was Carrie Symonds, who has waived her right to anonymity.
The 20-year-old described how Worboys made her feel indebted to him for driving her home from London’s West End. She then drank a glass of vodka he offered her, after which she remembers little.
Worboys, now 60, was convicted of 19 offences, including one count of rape, against 12 female passengers in 2009. He was jailed for at least eight years.
A year after his conviction police said more women had come forward and he could have had more than 100 victims. The Parole Board said yesterday: “We can confirm the Parole Board has directed the release of Mr John Worboys.”
Worboys, from Rotherhithe, south-east London, will have to report to probation staff every week.
Many of his victims were young women who had been drinking in trendy nightspots in the West End and Chelsea.
Yvonne Traynor, of Rape Crisis South London, said the time Worboys spent in prison was “woefully short”.
Karen Ingala Smith, of sexual and domestic violence charity Nia, added: “The police believe that Worboys may have raped more than 100 women. Others think this is a conservative estimate.
“He’s served nine years and nine months, that’s just over a month per victim. How can we say justice has been served?”
