Globe winner in ‘sex pest’ claims
ACTOR James Franco was accused of being a sex perv just hours after winning a Golden Globe.
Two furious actresses lashed out at him on Twitter. Blonde Violet Paley tweeted: “Remember the time you pushed my head down in a car towards your ex- posed p***s & that other time you told my friend to come to your hotel when she was 17? After you had already been caught doing that to a different 17 year old?”
Then Sarah Tither-Kaplan wrote: “Remember a few weeks ago when you told me the full nudity you had me do in two of your movies for $100/day wasn’t exploitative because I signed a contract to do it? Times up on that!”
Franco, 39, won the acting gong for his performance in Disaster Movie on a night the world’s leading actresses wore black to campaign against alleged Hollywood predators like Harvey Weinstein.
He appeared on the red carpet at the Hollywood ceremony with a dinner jacket in a show of support for victims of sexual assault.
Paley, who starred in The Pink Zone, admitted she had a consensual relationship with Franco but claimed she knew women forced into sex acts by him. Tither-Kaplan, who appeared on TV’s Making A Scene with Franco and also appears with him in The Long Home, tweeted: “Now you have a Golden Globe why don’t you give speaking roles that don’t require nudity to the dozens of women who have done full nudity + sex scenes in your indie films and art projects?”
