Wives’ fury after shock on TV show
A BIGAMIST who was exposed after appearing on an Ant and Dec show has been jailed.
Helen Gundry thought estranged husband, Daniel was working in the Middle East.
So she was stunned when she watched Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and saw him on the arm of Sue Brooker.
Gundry was then dumped by both women, who reported him to the police.
And now the 39-year-old has been jailed for six months at Warrington Magistrates’ Court, Cheshire, after admitting bigamy.
His wives, who have since become friends, are both angry about the way they were treated.
Helen, 51, said: “I want to warn people exactly what Daniel’s like.”
She spotted him on a Saturday Night Takeaway episode which featured the wedding of Sue’s sister Michelle.
Helen left a comment on the show’s social media page which later went viral.
She wrote: “I loved the wedding. I didn’t love the sight of my husband arriving on the arm of another woman.”
Sue, 44, branded Gundry an “absolute psycho”. She said: “He manipulated, he calculated, he hurt two families.’’
Gundry, of Ashford, Surrey, told the court he accepted the damage he had caused.
