JUNGLE KEZIA IN £5K DONATIONS

KEZIA Dugdale was paid £70,000 for her controvers­ial appearance on I’m A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! – but only donated £5,100 to good causes.

A spokesman for the MSP and former Scottish Labour leader said after tax in the UK and Australia the sum was £45,000.

Ms Dugdale donated £1,700 each to Glasgow Women’s Aid, Who Cares? Scotland and The Archie Foundation.

She said: “I’m pleased ® that a number of charities which do amazing work across Scotland will benefit financiall­y from this.”

Before appearing on the smash jungle reality programme, Ms Dugdale donated her £2,500 parliament­ary salary for her time in Australia to the Rock Trust, an Edinburghb­ased charity.

Overall she has raised a total of nearly £30,000 for charity since 2015.
