MY bloke no longer needs to work. His nan died last year leaving him a fortune.
He jacked in his job as soon as the cheque came through and has been lounging about ever since.
The problem is that he is loving his life. He’s never bored and thinks he’s hit the big time, but I’m sick of coming home to find that he’s watching porn – again.
The man is becoming addicted. I work all day and he expects to act out his fantasies on me. Too many times recently I’ve come back to be confronted by a pumped up guy with a wicked glint in his eye.
His cash has allowed him to invest in a huge array of sex toys and fancy lingerie. He’s also purchased an expensive camera that he likes to make sex films on.
We’ve had sex on the stairs, in the garden shed and under the shower. Now he’s talking about renting a beach house and getting other people involved. JANE SAYS: This is about boundaries and respect. Exciting sex around the home is OK as long as it’s mutually acceptable.
But for your man to watch porn all day and then pounce on you for his own gratifications stinks. Talk to him about his addiction and how he’s wasting his life.
Maybe he doesn’t need to earn cash, but he has to be challenged and fulfilled. What about volunteer work or further education? Does he need to see his GP?
Warn him you’re feeling degraded and resentful. As for the group sex/dirty film idea, tell him you’re not interested.
If that means he then goes off with someone else, then that’s a chance you’re prepared to take.
