Jail bullies, MPs urged Scarlett red hot

TV star Kate Price has told MPs that internet trolls should be jailed.
And she also wants cruel “cyber bullies”, like those who abused her disabled son Harvey, “named and shamed”.
The Loose Women panellist slammed England cricket ace Ben Stokes, who was videoed last year mocking the teenager.
She told the Commons Petitions Committee that making trolling a specific criminal offence would cause people to “think twice”.
Kate, 39, had been invited to give evidence after launching a petition to get “Harvey’s Law” on the statute books.
Appearing alongside her 64-yearold mum Amy – both of them wearing badges marking a century since women got the vote – she said: “I don’t understand why people do it. What goes through their mind? How do they have time to do it? There should be a register of offenders – they should be named and shamed.”
The glamour model said Harvey, 15, who is partially blind, autistic and has Prader-Willi syndrome, suffered “horrific” online abuse.
She said: “He gets called a black spastic. It happens a lot. People have said to Harvey, ‘Why don’t you just die?’”
Referring to all-rounder Stokes, 26, who last year issued a grovelling apology to them both, Kate asked: “He wanted to do a public apology. For what?”
She added: “To make himself feel better. He should not have done it in the first place.”
