The pop superstar is set to spend more time with his on-stage partner Rita Ora, despite reports of his relationship with Cheryl Tweedy hitting the rocks.
The duo have spent lots of time together because Reets also flew to Miami as they both worked on their music.
It is not known whether the two pals met up in the States but Capital Radio yesterday confirmed the pair will perform their steamy song For You at the Global Awards on Thursday.
Liam, 24, has put on a brave face – despite rumours his relationship with Cheryl is in trouble. The couple posed on the red carpet at the BRITs.
Viewers noticed Rita, 27, kept her distance from Liam on stage during their performance at the music bash.

Their usually raunchy routine was toned down amid claims Liam and Cheryl’s two-year romance has hit the skids since she gave birth to their son, Bear. Liam and Rita have performed the hit from sex-fest movie Fifty Shades Freed all over the world.
And all eyes will be watching to see if their routine at the Global Awards – at London’s Eventim Apollo – is just as sexy as before the BRIT Awards show.
The news came amid reports that Chezza wants to move out of Liam’s £5.1million Surrey mansion.
The singer opted to spend a night in a budget Heathrow hotel rather than return to his home to see Cheryl and Bear, who turns one next month.
Cheryl, 34, admitted motherhood has been hard work, adding: “It’s challenging, that’s for sure.” Cheryl and Liam’s representatives were approached for comment last night.
