DEBS CAN’T STOP TEARS OVER PAUL
ALEXANDRA Burke was battling a “mystery illness” while dancing on Strictly last year.
The singer, 29, got to the final before losing out to former Holby City star Joe McFadden.
But she has admitted it was “bloody difficult” because she was unwell.
She said: “I was in the studio every single day while doing Strictly and I had to stop towards the end because I got really, really sick during the last three weeks of Strictly, which I didn’t tell anyone about.”
Alexandra also put her new album The Truth Is on hold, but is now fully recovered.

DEBBIE McGee gets so emotional when thinking about late husband Paul Daniels she feels like she “can’t cry any more”.
The 59-year-old star still breaks down when recalling her life with the legendary TV magician who died in 2016 aged 77.
She said: “I’m not very good at crying in front of people so, most of the time, I can choose my moments when I recall Paul and think about him. That’s usually somewhere where I’m on my own, a hotel room or at home, and the floodgates open.”
Debbie added: “I get to a point where I actually think I can’t cry any more.”
The Strictly star also said that working helped to keep her going. “I’ve got the closest family anyone could have, I’ve got lovely friends, but you need something else to think about,” she told ITV’s Loose Women.
