DO you have an emotional or sexual problem? Our friendly team of professional counsellors and therapists are waiting to listen and offer support in total confidence every day between 10am and 8pm.

I BELIEVE that my high-flying girlfriend uses me for sex.

I’m currently unemployed and bored at home – and our lives are so out of whack it’s not funny.

She works in a high-pressured industry and is super successful. She earns loads of money and has rival firms queuing up to offer her even more money.

While I’m at home, twiddling my thumbs, she’s setting the world on fire. Yet when she gets in she expects me to drop everything to pleasure and please her.

She insists I satisfy her any way she fancies. I’m expected to rise to the occasion and if I fail to deliver she goes crazy.

This really annoys me. How dare she treat me like a sex object without even asking me how I am? PRESS 1 for GENERAL COUNSELLING for all personal and relationship difficulties PRESS 2 for SEXUAL GUIDANCE for all men’s and women’s intimate problems

JANE SAYS:Your successful girlfriend has to understand that you both need some vital time to think.

She can’t sweep in demanding sex from you. That’s disrespectful and selfish. She is in danger of crushing your confidence and making you doubt yourself.

Maybe her job is exhilarating, but nothing gives her the right to demean you. If she has got such energy and drive, then what is she doing to help you to get back on your feet again?

Surely she’s got some tips and ideas regarding your re-entry into the world of work?

Or could it be that she actually likes you just where you are – at home, so that you keep things nice and cosy for her?

You have to decide what kind of life it is you want for yourself and go for it.
