BOOZE BOAT’S AD IT..

Party promo banned

- By JACK ANDREWS jack.andrews@ dailystar.co.uk

AN advert for a Magaluf booze cruise has been banned for linking getting drunk to being good in the sack.

The £2million party boat offers a three-hour trip with unlimited free drinks for £50 a head.

Its website promises “unrivalled mayhem” with free shots of spirits on the Sunset Booze Cruise.

The antics are just like the famous boat party scene in The Inbetweeners film, in which four lads go abroad in search of booze and sex.

The ad showed photos of two women kissing, a reveller downing drink from a spirits bottle and a man rubbing his face into a girl’s boobs.

Other pictures show bikini-clad revellers holding up signs saying “Single as f***”, “I left my boyfriend back in England’ and “Less stress, more sex”.

Setting off from the Majorcan party town – dubbed Shagaluf by randy holidaymakers – it promises 240 fun-seekers will be “crawling off ” the boat.

Campaigners against the wild antics complained to the Advertising Standards Authority.

It agreed that the “sexually suggestive” images of revellers who looked under 25 implied “those attending the event would be sexually successful”.

It said the link between booze and sex breached rules.

Organiser Magaluf Events denied anyone in the pictures was under 25, but agreed to amend the ad. The Star Says:
