JAMIE Lomas is set to make a comeback as arch villain Warren Fox.

The TV hunk has agreed to reprise the role after secret talks with soap bosses.

We can reveal producers are now plotting a dramatic storyline for his return.

A show source said: “Warren is one of the best soap villains of all time so Hollyoaks bosses are thrilled he’s coming back.”

Jamie is said to have told pals: “It feels like the right time.”

He is due to meet producers again next week in Liverpool to discuss his comeback plot.

Jamie first starred on Hollyoaks in 2006 and quickly became one of the most talked-about characters. His second stint as Warren ended last year when he quit the Channel 4 soap for I’m A Celebrity.

He was a hit with viewers and made the reality show’s final – and hoped it would help him become a worldwide star.

A source close to the actor said: “Jamie made the decision to return to Hollyoaks after failing to land any major roles in America. He was hoping to launch an acting career over there but it didn’t happen for him.

“He also looked into a possible return to EastEnders as he was keen to play Jake Stone again but that didn’t happen either.

“Hollyoaks seemed like a wise move. He loves playing Warren so he’ll enjoy being back on set.”
