Mary gets a roastin’

DAN’S HUGE CHOPPER

-

MARY Berry’s new BBC cooking show got trounced by Emmerdale in the ratings war. Britain’s Best Home Cook, launched on Thursday to fill the gap left by Bake Off, got just 2.8million viewers compared to the long-running soap, which pulled in 5.1m.

BBC bosses had pinned their hopes on the show – hosted by Claudia Winkleman and with Mary Berry, left, as one of the judges – being a worthy replacement for Bake Off, which got snatched off them by Channel 4 two years ago.

They thought a contest with home cooks would be the ideal recipe for success.

But viewers and TV critics still loved it as Mary Berry made Bake Off-style puns about “showcasing nuts”, “banging them in” and “getting stiff”. EASTENDERS star Danny Dyer has a monster willy so big he can whirl it around like a helicopter blade.

The Cockney hardman’s saucy secret has been outed by Plebs actor Tom Rosenthal.

Dyer, left, was a guest star in the ITV2 comedy’s debut series in 2013 and had to strip naked for one scene.

Co-star Tom made the revelations during a chat with Chris Ramsey on his Comedy Central The Chris Ramsey Show.

He said: “It’s big. Do you know what I mean? Huge. Monster of a thing.

“It was so weird. It was all out and stuff but he was worried it wasn’t big enough so he kept trying to manipulate it to make it look bigger.

“At one point he started helicoptering it round.”
