You need to make a serious decision. Do you resolve to shake things up with your partner? Or do you move on? Do you talk to him about agreeing to some early nights, introducing erotic literature or organising some steamy dates? Or do you establish yourself as a single woman?
The temptation to cheat may be strong, but think about how you’d feel afterwards. Consider what it would do to your partner.
If the stark reality is that your relationship has run its course, then you need to be honest with your man about your needs and your desire to be free.
