TAY AND KP PATCH IT UP

-

TAYLOR Swift’s triumphant return to the stage was made even sweeter as Katy Perry apologised for their longrunning feud.

Just hours before she kicked off her Reputation stadium tour in Arizona, KP sent an olive branch and a letter of apology to Swifty.

The Delicate singer showed off the package on Instagram, saying: “I just got to my dressing room and found this actual olive branch. This means so much.”

Katy’s handwritten note says she’s “deeply sorry” for their “miscommunications” and she’s hoping to “clear the air”. Taylor addressed the tough time she’s had with fellow celebs on stage in front of a terrifying giant snake, left.

She told the crowd: “A couple of years ago, someone called me a snake on social media and it caught on.

“And then a lot of people called me a lot of names on social media.

“I went through some really low times for a while because of it. I went through some times when I didn’t know if I was gonna get to do this any more...

“I wanted to send a message to you guys that if someone uses namecalling to bully you on social media and even if a lot of people jump on board with it, that doesn’t have to beat you. It can strengthen you instead.”

Swifty was joined by support acts Charli XCX

and Camila Cabello

for Shake It Off.

¬ÊThe UK leg of the tour kicks off on June 8 in Manchester.
