TV’s glitziest night of the year is on Sunday when the telly Baftas are handed out. Sue Perkins is host for the evening at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
There will be plenty of famous faces on the red carpet hoping to win one of the prestigious trophies which have been decided by a panel of voters.
Nominees include Graham Norton, Michael McIntyre, Ant and Dec, Jane McDonald, Sian Gibson, Sean Bean, Thandie Newton, Adrian Dunbar, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Anna Friel and not forgetting the casts of Corrie, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks.
Today we give you all you need to know about the awards in numbers.
Catch the show on BBC One on Sunday at 8pm. Baftas won by Britain’s Got Talent in 11 years (causing Amanda Holden to call the panel “snobs”). Awards will be made, including a Fellowship for Kate Adie and a Special for John Motson for his contribution to sports broadcasting.
