MY cheating hubby gave lots of my clothes to his lover.

He thought I wouldn’t notice and is sulking because he’s been found out.

Six weeks ago he announced he was going on a “business trip”. He is a car mechanic and has never been on a business trip in his life. Alarm bells rang, so I decided to keep an eye on him.

Sure enough, he packed a case, grabbed his passport and said he was off to Germany for a week of re-training. Then I noticed that my wardrobe and drawers had been fiddled with.

Loads of my beachwear and my evening stuff was missing. Also gone was a bag of brand gear that I hadn’t even worn.

I tried his mobile phone and it went straight to voicemail – for seven days.

The truth is he actually went to Spain with his lover and took my gear because she was too broke to stock up. I don’t know where to start with the feelings of hurt, humiliation and anger that I’m experiencing right now.

JANE SAYS: People do crazy things when they’re in lust.

I suspect, at one point, your cheating husband thought it was a really good idea to raid your wardrobe to give his lover your gear. What could possibly go wrong?

Now he’s back and he’s sulking because he’s been called out and exposed. Not only did he lie to you and go on a jolly to Spain instead, but he did so with another woman dressed in your threads!

Now only you can decide if you and he can come back from this. Is he sorry and asking for another chance?

Is his lover in or out of his life? I fear that unless he can promise he will never let you down again in the future (and will replace the missing items) then you have to start thinking about your own happiness and putting yourself first – either with or without him.
