Starving nanny days before murder

THIS is the starved and beaten face of Sophie Lionnet pictured two days before she was drowned and thrown on a bonfire.

The nanny, 21, was tortured and killed by the jealous ex-partner of Boyzone founder Mark Walton after she was accused of bedding him.

Fashion designer Sabrina Kouider, 35, and her new boyfriend Ouissem Medouni, 40, face a life sentence after being found guilty of the murder yesterday. After drowning her in the bath at their £1million home, the twisted pair stuffed her body in a suitcase and had sex before throwing her on a bonfire in the garden.

Medouni barbecued some chicken in a bid to disguise the smell of burning flesh and scattered pieces on Sophie’s charred corpse as part of the charade. He told firefighters he was cooking a sheep.

The pair filmed 18 videos in which Kouider tried to make Sophie confess to a relationship with music promoter Walton plus a string of crimes that never happened.

“When you come back to the house I smell sex,”, she spat at her, alleging the French nanny was having a relationship with her former lover. In fact Walton had never met Sophie. He told the Old Bailey trial he had never heard of the nanny until contacted by police after her remains had been found.

He said his two-year relationship with Kouider, whom he had met in 2011, was the most turbulent of his life.

Kouider and Medouni both denied Sophie’s murder and blamed each other, claiming they were asleep in their home in Wimbledon, southwest London, when she was killed. The pair had admitted perverting the course of justice by burning Sophie’s body after killing her last September.

Recorder of London Nicholas Hilliard QC requested a psychiatric report on Kouider before he sentences the couple next month.
