THE man who left Love Island’s Laura Anderson heartbroken is today revealed as Welsh rugby star Michael Poole.
The Scottish babe, 29, dated the hunk two years ago. New snaps of them show just how close they were and how public they were about their romance.
Rugby union star Michael, 32, romanced Laura in Dubai while she was working as an air hostess for Emirates. She has since boasted she is a member of the Mile High Club, suggesting it might be Michael who she romped with while at 39,000ft.
Pals have said Laura and Michael were smitten with each other.
But it is thought their relationship fell apart when he played away.
Laura recently told how an international rugby player had done the dirty on her.
She said: “I think he married the girl he cheated on me with.”
Since the split, Michael has been forced to quit rugby due to injury and now works as a personal trainer.
The former Scarlets winger had two operations after suffering a horror neck fracture in 2014.
A former cage fighter, he also starred for Pontypool and Newport during an injury-ravaged career.
Laura went on to have three more boyfriends including former pop hunk and DJ Dane Bowers.
After they broke up, she posted: “Never trust a DJ or a man with a hairy back.”
Talking about her failed romances, she said: “I think I’m a good catch; they’re all crazy.”
Laura is now on Love Island in a bid to finally find happiness.
In Monday’s launch show she begged show producers: “Find me a husband, please!”
She has already enjoyed a snog with hunky Wes Nelson, 20.
