Kids at web risk

ONE in four parents admit they have no control over what their kids are doing online.

They do nothing to stop under-16s being groomed, bullied or hacked.

And they turn a blind eye as kids risk getting hooked on adult games featuring rape, violence and drugs.

Research for McAfee reveals 27% of parents never monitor what websites their children are on. Four out of 10 do not realise that online games are age-rated like films.
