Pub run baa-ed!

ANIMAL rights campaigners who launched a petition to get a pub’s lamb and pig race scrapped have been left red-faced after discovering it was for people in fancy dress.

The Swan Inn at Stalbridge, Dorset, advertised the fun event as part of its Ale & Gin Festival.

Campaigner Samantha Francis said she was pleased animals were not racing but said the advert should have been clearer.
