FAVOURITES Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham’s romance was on the rocks last night after he was caught lying about staying faithful to her.
Jack, who previously admitted to cheating on his last two girlfriends, had vowed to stay true to Dani.
But in a lie detector test on the show in front of the others he flunked a question about fidelity.
Asked whether he would be tempted by another girl outside the villa when the show ends next week, he said: “No way.” But this proved to be a lie. When Dani heard that Jack had been telling porkies, she was furious and the pair fell out bitterly.
She ranted: “I’ve been cheated on. I’ve been lied to. I’ve had it all. It doesn’t bring a nice side out in me. Loyalty, it means so much to me.
“Any girl in the world if they’ve got that question and their boyfriend got it wrong they would be upset.”
Jack protested: “I’ve said to you I’m not going to be unfaithful to you. Sitting there stewing on something that hasn’t happened yet is really a waste of time.”
But she told him: “I don’t want to talk about it” and then stormed off.
Love Island’s lie detector stunt proved an eye opener for the whole gang.

Wes Nelson was in hot water with girlfriend Megan Barton Hanson when he falsely claimed he would not be embarrassed to take her home to meet his parents.
The ex-stripper said: “If I was someone’s mum I would want them to bring back Sensible Sally that’s never got her tits out for a living.”
Paul Knops was in trouble with unlucky-in-love Laura Anderson when he claimed – untruthfully – he would stay loyal to her after the show.
The lass admitted: “I was nearly crying.”
And Jack Fowler was in for a shock when telly bosses got his previous partner Laura A to ask him questions about current love Laura Crane.
The clearly uncomfortable contestant failed at least one.
