‘Zero chance of reunion’
THOMAS Markle has “zero chance” of healing his rift with royal daughter Meghan, say insiders.
Pals claim the Duchess is “amazed” by her dad’s antics, which include him claiming she would be better off if he was dead.
He’s even refusing to send her a card for her birthday tomorrow – but her friends say the pair’s problems began long before Meghan began dating Prince Harry.
A source said: “A reconciliation is completely off the table – there is zero chance right now. He has been a complete embarrassment.” Thomas previously shocked the world by skipping the Royal wedding due to his health, and has made a number of comments about the royals.
Last week he bragged: “I don’t care if Harry never speaks to me again, I’ll survive.”
Thomas – a retired lighting director – said he won’t send his daughter a card to celebrate her turning 37 tomorrow because “it’ll just be one among thousands” and “the Palace would probably just soak it in water for three days to make sure it doesn’t explode”.
But the royal source added: “Meghan is taking all of this with a grain of salt.
“The Royal Family isn’t as upset as you’d think either.
“Nothing any of the Markle family has to say has any real consequence and Meghan and Harry have more important things to focus on.”
